Our partner will send you a form. Please make sure to include your radicant IBAN – you can find it in your app, for example. This allows our insurance partner to confirm that you're covered through us.

Complete the form in full and send it back to our insurance partner. They will take care of processing your claim as quickly as possible.
4.
For security, our partner will validate your information with us. We will then confirm that, as a radicant client, you are automatically insured.
5.
Once we give the green light, our insurance partner takes over. The professionals there will handle everything else and keep you updated.
6.
When the claim is settled and the case is closed, we'll check in with you one last time. We just want to make sure everything went to your expectations.

These Terms and Conditions, and the definitions within are the sole binding conditions for exercising an insurance claim. It is the responsibility of the client to familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions before making the claim.
