This is how our application process works

Embarking on a new career opportunity can be challenging, so we’re here to make the process transparent and as simple as possible. Our goal is to introduce you to our culture and way of working while we uncover your strengths and understand what you need to flourish.​

It all starts with you

Submit your application through our website or LinkedIn. Your CV is key (additional documents are welcome) and will be carefully reviewed within 14 days.

2.

Virtual meet & greet (30 mins)

This call with our Recruitment Specialist Catarina is a chance for us to get to know you better and learn about your motivations and aspirations.

3.

Deep dive meeting (30 – 60 mins)

You’ll have an in-depth conversation with your future manager, and potentially other team members, to explore how your skills and experiences align with the role. This is where we ensure a mutual fit.

4.

Challenge call or technical assessment (30 - 60 mins)

Depending on the role, this step may be included to give you a clearer picture of the tasks you'll be handling and allow us to dive deeper into your problem-solving approach.

5.

Online personality test

We'll send you the 16 Personalities assessment to gain insights into your working style, strengths, and how you collaborate with others.

6.

Meet our CEO and Chief People Officer (30 mins)

You’ll explore our vision, values, and culture. We’ll review your personality assessment, discuss how you can make an impact on our team, and address any final questions.

7.

Background check

As a bank, security is crucial. We’ll need a copy of your passport, work permit, two references, a criminal record extract, and a “Betreibungsauskunft” (dept collection register extract).

8.

Is it a fit?

We’ll have an internal discussion to gather perspectives from each interviewer, evaluate them, and provide you with feedback within a week. This gives you the chance to reflect and decide whether radicant is the right fit for your professional growth.

Will I receive support throughout the application process?

Absolutely. We'll stay in touch throughout the entire hiring process to answer any questions and provide the support you need. Your experience matters to us, and we`re always open to feedback to help us improve and better support our candidates.

How long does the entire decision process take?

Our goal is to complete the entire decision process within six weeks. In case of any changes or unexpected delays, our Recruitment Team will keep you updated.

Why do I have to complete an online personality assessment?

As a data-driven company, we value the insights this assessment provides. It’s just one of many tools we use to ensure a good fit. There is no right or wrong result; it simply helps us understand how you'll fit into our team dynamic and create an environment where your unique qualities can shine.​

Does radicant support work permits?

Unfortunately, we cannot support work permits. To be considered for a role, you`ll need to have an existing work permit, as well as a “Betreibungsauskunft” and a “Strafregisterauszug”.
