As a Community Manager you will contribute to our goal of creating a vibrant online community as an important cornerstone of our strategy and report ​to the Head of Communications.

What you can achieve with us

  • Define and develop a community management strategy
  • Initiate and organize various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
  • Plan and implement social media strategies to grow our social following and drive our brand recognition
  • Create impactful content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, videos and livestreams for different Social Media channels
  • Engage in online conversations about our industry and products with a view to optimizing community engagement levels
  • Set, track and report on metrics to drive the community success
  • Social media monitoring on the industry, competitors, influencers and trends to support decision taking

What you bring to the table

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a community manager or in a similar role
  • Ability to analyze data and track relevant community KPIs
  • Be highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Proven track record in managing daily operations of social media accounts
  • Experience with social media monitoring tools e.g., Hootsuite, Meltwater
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills to deliver engaging content in both English and German
  • A natural curiosity for engaging or trending topics in the area of sustainability
